Why Instructional Design?
Instructional Design is vital because it serves as the backbone of effective employee training and development, directly influencing both individual performance and overall business success. I am passionate about Instructional Design because it allows me to continuously learn and grow professionally while leveraging my skills in creative problem-solving to develop well-organized, aesthetically pleasing projects. Outside of Work
When not immersed in instructional design, I love channeling my creativity into designing printables, planners, and infographics on Canva. Personal development is a passion of mine, and I’m always exploring new ways to grow and improve. Practicing gratitude and meditation is a daily ritual that keeps me grounded and centered, helping me approach life with a positive and mindful perspective.
I’m also the go-to person for friends when it comes to travel and event planning, which I thoroughly enjoy as it blends my organizational skills with the excitement of facilitating new experiences. Spending quality time with family is important to me, whether we’re attending community events or cooking together at home. Each fall, my competitive side comes out as family and friends join together to compete in our annual fantasy football league! These activities not only bring me joy but also inspire the creativity and problem-solving skills I bring to my work in instructional design.
